CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
I realize that things happen, but I ask that you try not to cancel your appointment the week of. In the event that you are unable to give more than 48 hours notice for your reschedule or cancellation, 50% of your booked service time will be charged. 100% of your booked service time will be charged for cancellations within 24 hours and in the event of a no show. If you are 15 minutes or more late to your reserved time, it will be considered a day of cancellation. Please email or message through Square to cancel/reschedule within the 48 hour window. Thank you for understanding and for valuing my time!
CHECKOUT / PRICING
You will check out with me at the end of your service. Card or contactless payment through Square only. Cash may only be accepted in exact change. Holiday gift cards are for spa services only and cannot be accepted for hair services. Appointments are gratuity inclusive. If you wish to show additional gratitude, buy product from my links, refer me to friends, tag me in your hair on social media, or just come see me again! Additional cost will be added for additional color or time needed. All services are listed as base price and additional time is based on a 150/hr rate.
REFINEMENTS
I want you to love your hair, so don’t hesitate to let me know directly through Square within one week of your original appointment if you need any adjustments to your hair.
